Buying Real Estate
The purchase of real estate, be it your first home and your tenth investment property, will most likely be the largest financial transaction in which you will ever be involved. It is extremely important you have a REALTOR® assist you with this transaction.
As a buyer you have the right to be represented by a “Buyers Agent”. This representation requires the signing of a contract between you and me. This items might include assisting with financing, having the property inspected, including radon, lead paint and underground storage tanks as well as such items as surveys, sellers property disclosure statements, first rights of refusal, personal property inventories, obtaining copies of all local & state health, subdivision and Act 250 permits and etc. As your Buyers Broker I am committed to attempting to find the type of property you desire even if it is not yet listed for sale.
