Education
Suffolk University, University Of New England

Professional Specialty
As a member of FIABCI, the international federation of real estate brokers, I have access and opportunity to connect with brokers all over the world.

Community Involvement
With a long family history in boat building and sailing, staying close to the water is important to me. I feed this passion by supporting the following organizations:

Maine Maritime Museum, Bath, Maine
Sail Maine, Portland, Maine
Bath Freight Shed Alliance, Bath, Maine
Fields for our Future, Mid Coast Maine
Maine’s First Ship, Bath, Maine
Oak Cliff Sailing, Oyster Bay, New York
International Yacht Restoration School (IYRS), Newport, RI

Personal
After spending my youth in New York City and Southern New England, I ultimately raised my family in Downeast Maine. I split my time between the Mid Coast region and Manhattan. I love introducing Maine to people from the greater New York area, as well as opening doors for people from Maine seeking the convenience of what the city has to offer. No one knows each lifestyle better.

Experience
It was my love of Maine and of rehabilitating homes which led me into real estate. I have renovated a number of homes, all a labor of love, and I still enjoy the thrill of the hunt for these abandoned treasures which just need a little TLC to bring them back to life.
Prior to real estate I worked in the health care field including working for Harvard in the Commonwealth Research Evaluation Unit at DMH, and at state prisons and inpatient mental health units. I believe the skills gained from those experiences; empathy, active listening, and attention to detail are a true asset and translate well into the real estate business.

Niche Marketing
My love of travel and my enthusiasm for sailing have led me to form a partnerships and strong connection with brokers in various coastal states and countries. The world of yachting brings me to a variety of events where luxury waterfront and marine related properties are a natural fit. Whether it is at boat shows, mega yacht charter shows, sailing regattas or at Art Basel, I love to collaborate and promote Maine waterfront homes, and the connections between New York, Maine and Miami–wherever the water may lead us
